As Art on the Plaza approaches, EBAG artists gear up in preparation for this summer art event.
In this month’s education session of EBAG’s April general meeting, Membership Director, Jeannette Fromm, presented relevant and important topics:
- How to obtain a Pleasant Hill Business License, and Seller’s Permit
- Helpful tips for plein aire painting
- Items that an artist can bring on location, that will maximize publicity and sales
The discussion was well received, and EBAG plans to make the education session a regular part of each general meeting. Some future topics will include:
- Information on creating your own website
- How to write a press release, and whom to contact
- Various marketing strategies for artists
- Any relevant and informative topics
